In this excerpt from “WikiSecrets,” correspondent Martin Smith tells the story of Pfc. Bradley Manning and his struggle with the Army’s Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy. Manning is currently charged with handing over half-a-million classified documents to the WikiLeaks website.
