A cornucopia of new videos have been added to the WGBY Video Lending Library

Our Video Lending Library has received over 100 new titles that will be added to the database during the summer school recess. Subjects range from examining historic artifacts, mental health issues, nature and animal documentaries, travel, biographies and much more. These videos are from popular PBS series such as NOVA, American Experience, and Frontline. There are also several videos from independent filmmakers. All are informative and entertaining.

Just as a reminder: any educator in WGBY’s viewing area can borrow from the Video Lending Library free of charge.  To receive your videos, you can pick them up here at the station or have them delivered to your local library via the Western Mass Regional Library System vehicles.

Ordering a video is easy: visit the WGBY Lending Library and follow the on-screen directions. If you have a special request, don’t hesitate to call and inquire. The library phone is answered between 9 and 2, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.  Inquires can also be send to Bernie Michaels (who’s info can be found on the About WGBY Education part of the blog).
